Adrienne (Ren) joined the Carr lab in 2018 after receiving her B.A. from Kenyon College with Honors in Molecular Biology. Ren proudly first-authored the lab’s first manuscript using the touchscreen chambers, describing the non-effect of COMT inhibition on an effort-related choice task. In addition, she optimized experiment protocols for touchscreen behavioral assays for attention and motivation. Ren left the lab in 2020 to pursue her MD at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
